Life in the Reef

After a cold, snowy, and uneventful spring break Hailey convinced me that she needed to get out and see some country. I've been hooked on the latest Tomb Raider game and wasn't about to leave town and miss out on the action. Hailey promised 20 extra video game hours a week for the next month if I took her to some place nice. I couldn't pass that deal up. Here's a sample of our little weekend in Capitol Reef, video game free:

Even the cold couldn't chill anyone's spirit

The perfect sunset spot. I'm sure that it wouldn't take much to convince Hailey to spend the rest of our nights watching the sunset from this spot.

I am jealous you guys get to trip around so much. We have good intentions, but it just doesn't happen as often as we would like. We love your pictures of "the reef."

Wow when you mentioned that the Reef was amazing I had no idea it looks absolutely gorgeous!! You have no Idea how much I would rather be there right now than in my recliner watching the Gilmore Girls (although it is a personal fav). Thanks for your prayers I have definatly felt them in the moments of dispair that I have felt in the past weeks. I think it's week four now...the medication seems to make time irrelevant especially when I glance down and me knee is still in the same condition :)

I appreciate all the love and support that has spilled over into our home I love our ward so much!!

I wish I could be at your baby shower today I'm not feeling well I will have to bring something by another time hope you have a good time!! I'm excited for your new baby Jack is so cute I bet baby #2 will be adorable as well

Hi guys! Looks like you had a fun excursion - too bad we could'nt have sent a little warmth from our neck of the woods!
Oh - yes, I will be teaching next year and I'm so jealous you get to miss the last two weeks of school! We find out this week whether we are having a boy or girl! Stay tuned...

Oops - sorry I just re-read your actual questions. Yes, I am getting ready for summer break (some may say I'm already 'checked out') and no, no summer school for me! I take my two months and run!
