Seven or eight years ago I lived on a farm near Utah Lake. It really was an incredible place to live. It was funny to be so close to everything here in Utah Valley but feel so far away. It seems that every evening's sunset surpassed the previous. We spent a little time down there last night and the farm has lost its magic. Here are a few shots to inspire everyone to find a farm they can call their own.

I had to add a picture of Steve! He didn't have one before. I don't think the farm has lost its magic at all. When Steve and I were dating we would walk the farm trail down to the pond. It is still one of my favorite things to do with Ponyboy.
Wow! Gorgeous pictures. Still looks magical to me, especially with that fall sunset. All of you are so dang cute.
Love, love, love the pictures and the sunset. Last night we visited Sheila McCormick and her family at their new farm. It came complete with a big old red barn and I've got to say it was a little tempting when all you see out the windows is rolling farm land.
How nice that you can still visit and get your farm fix!
Griffer's looking like he has some thoughts he's not sharing
reminds me of your engagement photos. Griff is so sweet! It's fun to see him filling out. He's a good mix of the two of you! Can't wait to see him in person soon.
what? No more farm magic? I don't believe it for a second!
what cute boys they grow so fast don't they. I loved the photos. hope you guys have a great halloween I still remember that being one a Jacks first words.
Come on, Chip! Sure the silo needs repairing, but there ain't nothing that an Italian farm hand couldn't fix. Plus, I'm fairly certain that with "their help" you could find buried treasure on that farm.
I just saw your comment on my blog...cool, Rachel's movin' here. :) I'm still in the same home here in Provo. Yes, that'd be fun to get together. :)
